hello! i have tried to use your "theme 02" on my page but for some reason, i can't seem to add a color to the background (it just stays white) and i can't add the custom links (just the ones that come with the theme show up) but i really love that theme, so i was wondering if you could help!
Hi! Thank you for using my themes! I’m glad you like that one. Since that is one of my first themes I created it is loaded with a million bugs (many you will discover while using it) and it is kind of difficult to pick it apart and update little things here and there.I’m not sure why it’s being buggy for you with the links, it works on my end. Are you making sure to change the title and link on the customize panel on the left? and toggle on the show link one, two, three toggles to see if they’ll change.
As for the background color, go into edit html and look for:
body{
in that section copy the line that says
background:url(“{text:background image}”);
and paste it ABOVE
background-color:{color:background color};
that should fix the problem!
I’m very happy that you like that theme but it is really buggy. I recommend using one of my newer themes (05-09) My latest theme, theme 09, is the closest to that theme and the one that I’m currently using on my blog!
