Because I'm on anti psychotics I can't eat as much as before without gaining weight, so now I have to eat less if I want to maintain my current weight 😩😒😭
Being over a certain amount of pounds causes me distress so I just be hungry at the end of the day because I'm at my calorie limit 😐

A tip for all my friends who take Risperidone:
For the sake of your comfort and sanity, do not stop taking it cold turkey. It turned me into a zombie while I was on it, and I gained 115 pounds in 3 years. I know it sucks to be on, but PLEASE wean yourself off. I stopped cold turkey earlier this week and mentally, I'm clearer, but physically, I'm a disaster. Please talk to your psychiatrist about weaning you off if you don't want to take it anymore.
