My brother @hillzmusic took this photo during an invitation to @officialheatmakerz studios in NY this past December. It was a honor for him to invite me up and nothing less of a bonus to meet Fred ! Being that I’ve been doing this for a long time, the weight of throwing in the towel gets heavy. You know what gets heavier ? When people who once supported you give up on you. You know what keeps me going ? When I get around highly respected artist and they tell me I’m dope ! No bias ! None of that crab in the bucket shit ! He woke up out his sleep in studio A, walked down the hallway to studio B, and gave me props. Never gave a fuck about awards, and usually piss those who do off ! Dope is dope. I remember looking at @hillzmusic and him looking back at me with the same surprised face lol 😂 then shaking Fred’s hand in receiving praise, and proceeding with the session. Who would have known a couple of months later it would be a memoir 😞. This Covid-19 has taken one of hip hops finest. No matter what you think of what’s going on, ITS A REAL THING. Smh.
