Okay, clearing my head now so I can talk more about this scene.

Loki shouting "NO!" when Mobius was pruned and tears up after he's gone shows that he actually liked or at least cared about him. Mobius was like the only friend he had in the TVA, which I know for some is saying much. But, this is another loss to Loki, since this one has nothing left.

Then there's Ravonna, who turned away from the sight of Mobius getting pruned. She also cared for Mobius in her own way too, but has put her duties as the judge and in charge of the TVA over her friendship with Mobius, which is why she didn't hesitate. When she was alone, she took a moment to compose herself, because she was so stressed and trying not to get emotional over his death.
