There was panic settling in ━ truth be told it wasn’t a feeling Jinnifer was used to, her life always remained so calm and she was such a front for EMOTIONLESS content. Her fingers ball into a fist and she tries to keep composure. “Finn that is a terrible plan, I’m not a good liar. We should hide, there’s a building not too far from here. It’s locked up ━ but I have a key. Trust me, okay?”

“I’m killing a few different birds here.” Ashley replies with some reluctance to go into any concrete details. She jumped through hoops trying to NOT have to get into her past. That was for her and her therapist to chit-chat about and only when she couldn’t keep busy enough to fight off the nightmares.

“You too, Finn ━ I mean not gonna’ lie it wouldn’t totally suck to get a little pay.” She says with a bit of a chuckle in her voice. “But I start college soon, this gets me some credits and it does feel good to I dunno help people out who need it.” All things considered? Ashley was well off, everything she had been through aside, her parents had money. Top dollar therapy and top dollar education. If only her trauma got the memo.
