‘Finish It’ is the theme for September’s #ringamonth2019 challenge..... - Silver Twisted Ring with Blue Stone 💙 - On a visit to Granada around 10 years ago, I purchased a metal ring from a street seller with the intention of re-setting the stone in a silver ring 💍 - I released the stone which looks like Sodalite (but I am not sure if it is or not)! I made a bezel setting which was a little too tight and the stone has sat in the bezel in my ‘unfinished’ pot for all this time.....💎 - I decided to ‘finish it’ for this month’s ring challenge and set about releasing the tight bezel from the stone and stretching it to make it fit the stone properly. I completed the setting and made a new silver adjustable ring shank with a textured finish 🔨🔨🔨 - I soldered the setting to the ring shank and finally set the stone.
