One of the coolest horses I’ve gotten to photograph along with Wise Dan, Tepin, Wonder Gadot, Shaman Ghost, etc.

He ran in last year’s King Edward stakes on Queen’s Plate day to cap off an astonishing career, which consisted of 33 - 8 - 5 - 4 and earnings of over $1.5 million US. Among those races, he won the Tampa Bay Derby, an eventual peep race for the Preakness Stakes where he’d go on to finish 5th behind the likes of California Chrome, Ride On Curlin, Social Inclusion, and General A Rod. He then made the switch to turf, scoring wins and places in various graded stakes, which qualified him for the Breeder’s cup turf mile where he ran 7th to Tourist, Tepin, Midnight Storm, Ironicus, Miss Temple City, and Limato.
