i'm going to spend my whole life thinking everybody hates me just because i'm me and i just have to like. deal with that.

my soul is empty and pointless

it's so humiliating to be mentally ill like this i want to disappear from the internet forever but i have no friends outside of it so i have to just stay here.

i really wish i was one of those people who could go "u know what i've decided i'm actually just going to keep living i can be happy if i really try" i've been trying to stop being sad for over 20 years and i just can't figure it out. :).

having ptsd is so fun because i get triggered by tumblr memes
