I don't think so, no.
That is not to say that white people and heterosexuals don't experience prejudice. They do. It is possible for people of color and LGBT people to hate on and be prejudiced towards white/straight people.
But racism and homophobia is not just about prejudice. It is a system based on power that leads to discrimination and absence of opportunities.
While white people and heterosexuals maybe frowned upon (due to their race or sexuality) they are not discriminated because of it.
They do not lose jobs because of their identity.
They do not get arrested without reason because of their identity.
They do not get bullied because of their identity.
They do not get paid less because of their identity.
They do not experience violence because of their identity.
They do not have to fight for basic rights like equal pay or marriage because of their identity.
This is what racism and homophobia means. To not have basic rights and to be discriminated by a system that affects every single aspect of your life.
So no. I don't believe in reverse racism or hetero phobia because I sure as hell never seen a white person being passed one for a job "because they are white" or a straight person marching on the road because "love is love" and therefore they should be able to get married.
