growing up in a single household is nothing out of the ordinary, though it seems that from a young age rick has always needed to fend for himself as, his mother, gigi, needed to work long hours in order to keep a roof over their heads and food on the table. patrick’s upbringing was nothing bad, but difficult. unfortunately, rick’s father left before he was even born and to this day, have never met.

silverlake has always been their place to call home and patrick has no plans to move from the comfort of his mother’s apartment again. he left between june 2020 - december 2020 with his then fiancé kate, but even she decided to leave his useless ass at the alter and honestly, he hasn’t been the same since. it’s hard to admit when you’re not okay sometimes, right? patrick can hide this well and spends his time smoking dope and bumming about in his teenage imprinted bedroom.

on the off chance, he will turn up to his cashier job at trader joes but this is only when he really needs the money. his colleagues are still amazed he’s employed but lucky for him, his mom is like bestie’s with the store’s big man and rick is sure she pays him off from time to time just to keep him employed there.
