Black metal Rick… Woah…

ouroboros rick and morty (or heath and drew for that matter….) are the only two left in their family. after dimension hopping, theyve started a new life together in a very standard universe where they have their adventures and come back home to a small fishing village by the coast

heath was late to the whole portal gun bizz, and made it a point to avoid a lot of the citadel dramas (mainly bc everyone makes fun of him for being a late bloomer portal fluid wise :( ). growing up in alaska has taught him a lot in regards to life lessons well before dimension-hopping ever entered his day to day. it also introduced him to isolation and brashness. local chronic drunk, whiskeys where its at. he likes to impose life lessons on drew, especially when it comes to independence and holding his own.

drew on the otherhand… 14 years old and trying to cope with the recent move (and the traumatic baggage), he never took to the lessons very well. hes timid, but still your average mud pitt wrestling teenager. he despises being out of the usual suburbia and in the middle of coastal nowhere. he cant find it in himself to fit in and with how the kids his age treat any newcomer it was never meant to work.

the lessons drew’s grandpa keeps teaching him seem to just draw him closer into needing the others presence. and the stronger heath shoves, the quicker he is to yank him back against his chest in reassurance. without the rest of the smiths to help provide some boundaries and balance in their dynamic, its become more demanding by the day. they never talk about it, though. sure, they yell and fight, scream and shove, but nothing gets said not really. they live in the discomfort heath has nurtured into their relationship, and have made it a reliable source of comfort in its own strange way. like a pillow to help sleep while you lay to rest on hostile architecture

beneath it all, there’s something wrong. clouded by recent traumatic events, there’s something heath isnt being completely honest about thst drew senses. if drew dares to try figuring it out, what will be left standing by the end of it? could he really be ready to risk everything? ooooo something cool maybe wowowow im very tired sorry chat
