Hii!! I have a really good idea for Richie Tozier. Do one where the reader is like the ‘weird one’ from Derry and no one gets close to her, but the reader is secretly friends with Bill because, well, no one wants to be seen with the ‘weird one’ from Derry. And because of It’s appearances, Bill ends up finally including the reader in the Losers’ Club. Like, write the interaction between Richie and the reader, because even though he’s a loudmouth, he doesn’t want to be seen with her either… You continue how this could go! Because I couldn’t think of anything else, sorry 😭

Bill had you guys in his garage, you included. Richie ‘trash mouth’ Tozier was the only one to speak up about you being there.
“Why is she here? She’s weird. So weird. Weirder than the rest of us.” Richie’s voice snarky, like he wasn’t weird himself or seen as an outcast.
“B-b-because she’s s-seen IT too.”
Richie scoffed at that. “Yeah of course she fucking has. No shock the clown has gone after her too.”
You interjected before bill could.
“What the hell is that supposed to mean?” Your eyebrows furrowed, you knew what it meant though.
“It means you’re odd. Like an ugly duckling.”
“Says you! Look at your coke bottle thick glasses. You’re the definition of a dweeb.”
Richie didn’t like that at all. Someone fighting back, insulting him? Oh no. He launched at you. You were baffled. Bill pulled Richie off of you.
“S-stop. You n-n-never hit a g-girl.”
“She’s barely even a girl. She’s more of an it.”
A few of the losers looked quite shocked that Richie would say that.
“We’re all going through the same thing. It’s not funny nor is it a joke. Yeah I may be weird but we all are having visions. I shouldn’t just be left to fight in on my own because I’m different.”
Richie was silent for a moment, mauling over your words. Deciding if he’d argue a bit more or if he’d be okay with letting you stay.
“Whatever. But don’t touch me, or get near me.”
“What, why? I shower, I’m clean.”
“Are you sure? I can smell eddies mother’s vagina from over here.”
Eddie narrowed his eyes at Richie. “Shut the hell up.”
“Am I right or am I right?” Holding his hand up that no one high fives.
Once eveyone was asleep, it was just you and Richie awake at that point. A tv show quietly playing in the background.
“Why do people really see you as weird?” Richie’s voice breaking the quiet. No longer putting up a show of jokes seeing as it was just you awake and he knew you couldn’t care less how he was acting, you still thought he was equally as weird no matter what.
“I don’t know. I moved here. New kid. They had nothing else to label me as. I’m not pretty. I’m not popular material. Not smart enough to be a nerd.”
“Oh.” That’s it. Oh. For once Richie didn’t have many words.
“Why do people see you guys as weird?”
“Same as you. Except they clump us in the loser category.” You both giggled at that.
The earlier tense air was now a bit softer. No longer having defenses up.
As the night drew on, right before sleep Richie and you curled close together. Not for warmth, but for comfort and fear of IT.
