Here, have another Clipped Wings meme, this one Spider-man themed! I cannot even believe it took me so long to think to do this with how fitting it is. I’m sure Ricaru will figure out some way to teach Avian how to fly. He is the kite-flyer, after all! ;3
(Also, it’s Aviation day tomorrow, so that’s fitting! That would be like a proper holiday for these two.)

Ricaru Wardrobe!
Unlike Avian, I really hadn’t really designed much for Ricaru past his normal vest attire. I had some old scribbles for his circus outfit but that was it. So these were fun to do! Behold the kite maker. 🪁
I decided to jump on the bandwagon this year and put one of these together too! Thanks everyone for sticking around to enjoy my scribbles~ And for you newcomers too!

I made a poster for Clipped Wings (my novel trilogy) for my character design class. ...Technically, this was my last hw assignment. ...Feels weird.

Does your character have an accent? What does it sound like?
I usually like to think my characters would have accents based on where they are from, so you can probably try to place accents onto my characters based on the cities/countries I say they’re from. (Chicago, Tokyo, Italy (Mergo), Ireland, etc.
HOWEVER… When actually picturing their voices as I type, only a few have very distinct accents to me. Ricaru I’ve always pictured to have a very mild Scottish accent (which is why he says Lad so much.) Toragh has a bit of a uneducated slur that causes a lot of his words to be missing certain sounds…
And then there is Ezekiel. My only character that I’ve actually done deep digging on how to write his accent and have notes up to write his dialogue. He’s got a very thick Brooklyn accent. …You know, plus the 1920s lingo! Sounds like one of those tough gangsters from really old black and white gangster movies!
