Enjoy the perfect blend of sweetness and spiciness with these mouthwatering baby back ribs. The marinade infuses the meat with a rich flavor, creating a delightful dish for your barbecue gatherings.
Ingredients: 2 racks of baby back ribs. 1 cup brown sugar. 1/2 cup honey. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup Dijon mustard. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon ground ginger. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, ground ginger, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade. Place the baby back ribs on a large baking sheet and generously brush both sides with the marinade. Let the ribs marinate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight in the refrigerator, covered with plastic wrap. Remove the ribs from the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for about 30 minutes. Place the marinated ribs on the preheated grill and cook for 20-25 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C. During the last 10 minutes of cooking, baste the ribs with additional marinade for extra flavor. Once cooked, remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
