Heart pounding in his ears and breath bursting out in gasps, Marcus entered the next nameless realm and stopped, closing his eyes to enforce his concentration. He was alone here, for now at least, but he would need to be quick. In front of him, the air crackled with energy and, only tiny at first, a lightning bolt tear opened in the air right in front of him, light streamed through at first but as it grew wider, something that took a matter of seconds, details began to emerge. The tear he'd opened was in a room and in front of him was a bed and a window draped with curtains. It could have been anywhere in the world at any time, but only he really knew where and when it was. When it was wide enouh, he stepped through and his attention extended out to the room and the larger area it inhabited. The tear behind him closed as soon as his attention shifted and he marched for the door, ready to search the building. "Rian?" He called urgently, knowing that the other wouldn't understand his sudden appearance or his need for haste. It would all have to be explained later. @rian-garou
