I think it depends where outside-Britain (or where in America) you are. I am in the South (USA), and we have these. Iāve noticed it most with antique and consignment stores or special artistry shops (e.g. hand crafted cabinet maker), but thereās also a deli in my town that just...I never know if itās going to be open or not? Lunch today? No one knows.
Oh man until I real this Iād totally forgotten about the sandwich shop in the town where i went to sixth form that had totally random hours but was, crucially, always closed for lunch

Oooo. Hmm. Well, I feel like I covered everything in myĀ āHey hold me accountableā writing post a few weeks ago. The Lusankya fic starts with the premise ofĀ āthe Empire captures Jyn and Cassian pulls them off of Scarif in time only to send them to Ysanne Isardās Lusankya.ā Itās the worst of the worst prisons and yeah, thereās torture. Was living really worth it? The second half is a Legends nod as a certain Rogue Squadron pilot finds himself in that very same prison.
