“Pick a city and do whatever you want on a bike, skin suit, shoes, and helmet…” That was pretty much the brief for the Red Hook Crit. This has been one of my favorite projects at Specialized and I feel vey fortunate to have been involved. Behind the scenes was the best part. Watching McKenzie, Brian, and Erik digest the spirit of the race and city they chose, develop concepts from sketches, and then use totally different processes to create the finished product.
