niche post but I'm thinking about the moment in the kings dark tidings 3 audiobook where rezkin took off his mask midsentence and the voice actor smoothly transitioned from dark tidings to rez. amazing performance. reminds me of the scene in the audiobook for alloy of law 2 or 3 or whichever it was, where wayne transitioned from french to cockney midsentence while he was talking with his mouth full. I love voice actors

So Rezkin...
Lo folks, I finally got my new baby, er, tablet. The iPad just wasn’t cutting it, and I started getting all twitchy.
Now of course Red Rising is one of my all time favorites, but I think I’m gonna add characters from some of my other faves to my repertoire.
This is Rezkin, aka the Raven, from the King’s Dark Tidings.
On the outside, he’s a smooth, debonair, cold blooded killer. On the inside, he’s a socially awkward, homeschooled misfit...who will kill you.
In his defense, that’s how he was raised; he didn’t know any better. He’s with outworlders now, so he’s discovering other methods of problem solving.
