What is good about being sick you ask? Well, let me tell ya!  Baking tons of delicious, gluten free, sugar cookies with my little one, for Valentines Day using our free sample of  Reynolds® Kitchens Cookie Baking Sheets Parchment Paper. 

Now I’m not quite finished with my mission just yet, but for this particular part of the mission, I took a recipe from  Reynolds® Kitchens (to make it gluten free, I substituted the regular flour for a GF flour mix by Pillsbury). Added a little blue vanilla & Strawberry icing and voila, a tasty treat. My family enjoys them so much, that I have to admit they’re almost gone! See for yourselves, look below :D

These were made by my little one, a baker/chef in the making. Please notice the bite out of the second cookie...I guess she thought that mommy wouldn’t notice, lol! 

Anyhow this is most certainly a job well done and an extremely fun mission to be included in!

Well, signing off to make... you guessed it! More cookies, this time I have to bake some using the Cookie Baking Sheets Parchment Paper and some with out to compare the two, hooray! I will be back soon to share more pictures and my review of this product. 

Of course there are other things besides cookies that these Cookie Baking Sheets Parchment Paper will work for. However, in this house we have a love for two things cookies and chocolate. Needless to say we are going to sick with what we love, lol.

Anyone that knows me, knows that I love making meals in my CrockPot, especially on the weekend when my husband is working. It’s my favorite “GO TO” Mostly because I have an almost 3 year old running around...anyone that has littles knows how challenging it can be to prep and make dinner when your mini me is following you closely, begging for your attention and is very determined to get you to drop everything to play with them. 

So, I’ve found comfort in pulling my crockpot out, prepping the meal as my daughter is napping. That way when she is up she has my undivided attention, we’ll go to the library, pick up our mail or even walk to the park all while our meal is cooking away safely at home (I really enjoy each and every moment that I spend with her).

I thought this was great but when I actually used my #freesample of Reynolds® Slow Cooker Liners (see photo above) it was a whole different level of Amazing. Clean-up no longer took me overnight, it was done within minutes! (see photo below).

Typically I would let my crockpot cool, remove the liner and toss it right into the trash, then put it away. It felt good to be done within a fraction of the time. This product made my life with a toddle easier when it comes to meals. Now I am able to spend the rest of the night watching a show with my family before putting my little one to bed. Needless to say, I’m very pleased with this product!

I’m still on the fence about using these on a regular basis (every weekend) due to cost or if I should save them for special occasions, such as pot-lucks and parties? I guess I have some research to do the next time I’m at the store ;) 

Either way, I’m a fan of this product and I will most certainly purchase again in addition to recommending to others.
