genuinely curious here, but where did the foxiyo ship come from? i feel like i'm missing something big bc its the main ship for riyo, but rexiyo always makes the most sense to me... they met and worked together early in the clone wars, then rex saved her from assassination and they start working on the clone rebellion together--am i crazy though? genuinely i had no idea foxiyo was so popular.

woke up this morning thinking about a modern au, then opened ellipsus to see i didn't just dream about it, i added it to my list of possible ideas for @gar-romance-month while i was high last night

Modern AU against the wall meet cute working together Rex (veteran, bartender) and his bff Rafa (military washout, mechanic) meet Riyo (state senator) when Rex saves her from getting attacked in the alley. Rex's cousin Hunter (veteran, dad) comes to visit and Rafa loses her mind. Rex gets hired as a body guard for Riyo, they get closer, blurring lines. Rafa and Hunter get Accidentally Domestic.
