FDA alerts about potential for neurologic adverse events in dogs and cats when treated with isoxazoline flea/tick drugs Bravecto, Credelio, Nexgard, Simparica.
HEADS UP PET PARENTS.
The extra ingredient in Revolution Plus (sarolaner) and others in the same class (isoxazoline) has been reported to be causing neurological problems in both dogs and cats up to and including grand mal seizures and even death.
The regular Revolution flea control (that has just selamectin) is still safe; it’s only the Revolution Plus that adds sarolaner that is causing side effects.
Be careful and keep your fur babies safe!
