Due to some unforeseen circumstances, the Mods have decided to push the original posting schedule from starting Friday, August 22nd to starting Friday, August 29th. We apologize for the last minute switch up, but in order to create space for the mod team and our participants, we felt it was a necessary adjustment for the health of the event and everyone involved. We hope you will bear with us one more week while we all work hard to bring you some fantastic Reverb content!

The team has been working hard on revamping the way we do things while still bringing you that same ol' Reverb feel, but before we get into the details, we have to ask you all one really important question…

Sign-ups open this Friday, May 23rd at 12:01am EST and will stay open until Friday, June, 6th 11:59pm EST.

Before you sign up - Whether you have been with us for years or you're just stumbling upon us now, please, please, please make sure you hop on over to the GW Forum BEFORE you sign up to read through the Official Rules and get familiar with the Schedule.

Final day for 2nd Check-In is tomorrow and we are excited to see everyone’s progress so far! Please make sure you send in your emails before:

Sunday, July 27th at 11:59pm EST!

If you need an extension, you must let the mods know before the end of the check-in week. Extensions can only be officially granted by the mod team and it is important we be notified sooner rather than later if you are in need of more time.

The mods will be around through the weekend to assist with questions or any issues or concerns that should arise. As always, you can reach us @reverbmod in the Discord server, at [email protected] through email, or in an Ask on Tumblr.

Starting right now, Sunday, June 29th, until 11:59pm EST, Sunday, July 6th you can send your check in emails to the mods! At this time, instruction emails have gone out to all participants with details about how to complete this task.

Please DO NOT reply to the instruction email with your check-in! Create and send a NEW email for each participant submission!

If you have not received an email, if you need an extension for any reason, or if you have any questions at all about the check-in process, please reach out the Mods ASAP so we can assist. We are always here to help, but we cannot fix what we don’t know about. 💕
