It has now been just over a week since I finished the second arc. I needed a wee break after that emotional rollercoaster. It took a lot more out of me than I had expected, if I can be totally honest with you. But now I’m refreshed and the engines are revving—it’s time for the third arc.
I’ll be spending this weekend working out the wrinkles in the plot and solidifying things and hopefully get to writing by Monday (or who knows, if we are lucky and the writing gods bless us, it’ll be sooner). But here is what you can expect:
A whole lotta healing from the trauma that’s taken place (you all know I won’t be ignoring everything Darcy and others have gone through), a whole lotta discussion over some relational issues our OT3 has, a whole lotta fluff, a whole lotta flirting, a whole lotta domesticity, a whole lotta tying up loose ends for multiple characters, and.... smut.
THERE SHALL BE SMUT.
I should make a betting pool. See who can get the closest to how many words they guess Ignition will be when it is finally finished.
My guess... 450k. (good fucking god)
