before Clear revealed his face, I thought it would be all messed up with scars or something, and that was why he wanted to hide it. when I saw he just has a normal pretty face I cried from how sweet he is but I'm still a little sad there's no sick scars like I expected, lol

Oooh yes I am always so up for talking about Kaiji you donāt even know, and I always love meeting new people who are into it! :D
As for the tonegawa anime, Iām certainly enjoying it so far, tho i do think there are a few areas where it could be stronger. As I was discussing with some other friends, i think āmundane daily life of villiansā type comedy like this works best when the actually VILLAIN part is at the forefront as much as the mundane stuff, and I feel like the balance of that in Tonegawa is a little bit off? Tonegawa comes across mostly... harmless and ordinary in it, which given the person we see him being in Kaiji, can feel almost out of character at times. So like, I think itād be stronger if he felt like more of a villain in THIS series and not just in Kaiji (I maintain that the grill joke from the most recent ep would have been funnier if he KNEW what it was and decided to use it anyways to save the bbq, maybe while trying to hide what it was from his men).
But like... overall that complaint is fairly Minor its still funny and im having a fun time with it ahaha. Its been a long time since iāve followed an anime weekly so that says something XD
Also, it may not be the best motivation, but I have to say I really hope its enough of a success that they consider making more fkmt stuff liek KAIJI SEASON 3 because damn it theres manga arcs i wanna see animated Very Badly

From what Iāve seen, he seems like someone who is really lost and maybe he thinks heās not worthy of happiness but I still think he wants to be happy. I think that thereās just a lot of stuff standing in the way and kind of obscuring that
