RetinaPad for iPad (Jailbreak Tweak)
RetinaPad is a relatively old Jailbreak tweak for the iPad to make iPhone apps more compatible for the iPad by enabling the Retina display mode (if they have one) instead of having the pixelated one that annoys iPad users so much.
I love this app, it's improved my iPad user experience 1000x because now I can purchase the £0.69 iPhone version instead of £1.49-£2 for a "HD" version. I was quite sceptical when I was first told about it, as I didn't think that it'd make much of a difference, but wow, I was wrong. It now enables me to use my favourite Twitter app on my iPhone on my iPad (and because it has Tweetmarker, it sync's between my iPhone and iPad). It also means that I can play the games on my iPhone that don't have an iPad version, on my iPad without having to trade in the quality of the games graphics.

Once you install it, you can go to your Settings and tweak how RetinaPad works, and select Apps to enable it with (incase they're not compatible with RetinaPad, even though I haven't found an app that doesn't work with it yet). You can also turn on the option to automatically enlarge it to x2 display, instead of the iPhone app default of the x1 display.
Overall, I think that this is a must have for the Jailbroken iPad, and I don't understand why Apple doesn't make this the default in their operating systems. You can find this tweak in Cydia now for the small price of $2.99 - you may question why it's a paid app, but just imagine how much you can save just using your iPhone apps instead of paying out the extra for the "HD" iPad version.
