designing akumas based on my irl frustrations is surprisingly cathartic

Akumatized after a hectic workday, and a lot of misplaced blame, she intends to "right the wrongs of retail." First, however, she'd like the Miraculous.
She can "retell" history, up to a point. Mostly just recent stuff she's around for, like if she just saw a retail employee get fired because "tHe CuStOmEr Is AlWaYs RiGhT" she can override it and get the customer banned from every store of any kind, forever. Might also give her other minor powers, like "ringing up" her targets and using the reciept as a rope and/or trapping her targets in shopping bags.
Still not sure if she's got a purple bodysuit on under her Akuma Uniform™ or if that's just her skin. Her face is definitely covered by a helmet of some kind, with a display to show her mental state. yes im absolutely going for the irony of having the retail-themed akuma wear a mask everywhere but her eyes when most akumas (and even the miraculous holders!) only cover their eyes, bc, bc customer service mask, geddit??? aoxhskjcbddkd Other than the whole "Akuma-powered mask and unnatural body color and SUPERPOWERED EVILDOER" thing, she looks unassuming, though maybe a bit out there with her fashion choices.
