I am really struggling with negative energy today! I want so badly to be a kind, compassionate person but today I'm really having to fight those nasty thoughts off with a bat. People are driving me insane today, from co-workers to customers. I feel enormously guilty for feeling so irritated with everyone and I'm not sure how to stop. Ah the struggle. Also my lunchtime smoothie came out ick. But such is life I suppose. I'm trying to kick it into positive gear and rock out the rest of my day and have an attitude adjustment.
