However, getting them intrigued by the written word sometimes encounters the unfair competition of screen and moving images. This is why, when I heard about The Adventurous Mailbox and their special way of spicing up the reading experience of kids, I got intrigued and put myself forward as a volunteer to review…

Goals are direction for our journey where to reach and further continue. Goals are the desired results an individual intends to achieve for which an honest commitment is essential. Goals are essential for every human being otherwise their life will be just as of an animal who probably has no target at all but only eating, sleeping, and mating.

Thought process in human makes him a superior creature. A person does not only live for himself but for his family and others a s well. He Shows concern for the society and tries to bring peace, harmony and order. Thought process ignited by the desires (goals) individual has and accordingly he/she subscribe energy to achieve them. An achievement makes him/her happy and a failure makes unhappy.

I am not going into academic discussion about the goal but talking about giving a reason to our lives that keeps us driving and pushing forward. Thus keeps us away from laziness by giving a reason to exist. Goals can be

a. Non-material

b. Material

What- so-ever your goals are, set targets and keep on auditing word carried on them. For a better appraisal, make you goals 'quantitative'. This will enable you to know

a. Whether you are moving in the right direction or not?

b. How much have you achieve so far?

c. Are you devoting right amount of resources and energy for them?
