Two bike rides and three gym sessions thus far this week. Squats with a straight bar. Upped 10#, still far away from my goal, but form and depth are OK. The weight will come along. Belt squats wandered a bit. Up to 90 which was too heavy and 70# which I was doing was too light. 80# it is then. Leg extensions, seated calf raises and the “Booty Builder” rounded out the morning. NBG tonight for a little acoustic and beers starts the weekend. The big decision, stay in shorts all day or don’t.
