#streetart in #nyc as I walk back from my attempted endurance run tonight of 5.75 miles in the park, of which I lasted 1.65 before stopping, turning around and walking back on the street. Having only 'slight' anxiety as I wonder how I will make it 6 miles in the park following a 30 mile bike ride + 1 mile swim in just 3 weeks for the #triathlon ... and at that moment I literally walk up to this... thank you man who chalked this on the #nycsidewalks , your #nycstreetart was exactly what I needed right now! Be anxious for nothing. So one day I couldn't make the run I intended on, that's training. That's life. Some days this just happens.
