Every day that he stays in office is an affront to the people who’s dignity and trust he has betrayed. Every time he opens his mouth more voters decide not to participate in elections. Ralph has to go. This is not a condemnation of his character. It is a fact that he has lost the confidence and good faith of the Commonwealth. Ralph can do good things - as a private citizen. When he said he would step down if HE believes he can no longer govern efficiently - he undermined the plethora of voices advising him that his time governing was up.
