That one night beach scene in Junjou Romantica between Misaki and Usagi after the ferris wheel moment thing (I believe) where they were making a sand castle, digging a tunnel through this block of sand while Misaki was going on about explaining his feelings and indirectly confessing his love for Usagi after a misunderstanding,
And the closer Misaki got to his love conclusion and his indirect confession, the thinner the wall of sand between their hands grew until Usagi finally grabbed Misaki's hand to pull him in for a kiss (。ノω\。)
I'm not sure if that was an intentional metaphor or completely coincidental, but that's my favourite scene in the entire season (╥﹏╥)
Like, the sand block represents the barrier Misaki and Usagi seem to constantly have due to miscommunication and misunderstandings, yet the persistence of their hands digging through the sand as in constantly striving to pierce through said barrier and properly communicate their feelings, finally reaching a climax with digging the tunnel and intertwining their hands, signaling each one's feelings (Misaki's) getting across and shooting an arrow through eachother's (Usagi's) heart (´;ω;`) (´;ω;`)
They're so cute I love them so much 。:゚(;´∩`;)゚:。
