Reader starts getting sick not long after their last session (she kept her sickness a secret from vader btw) and she gets suspicious about what's happening to her and when she goes to get tested for it she finds out that shes pregnant and she knows its Lord vaders kid since he's the only guy she was fucking. So now she have to figure out how to tell him and decide whether she wants to keep it or not.

The ending could be either good or bad, it's up to you to decided! cause I wanna see how vader would react and what the outcome could be.

If the outcome is good I can see vader trying to keep the pregnancy a secret from the emperor but later the truth would come out eventually and potentially have a bad outcome still.

If bad most likely vader will tell reader to get rid of it cause they dont really have a romantic relationships anyways.

hmm, I absolutely can consider it!! fair warning, I myself am not that fond of the unplanned pregnancy trope. that being said, I like the idea of vader’s secret fling landing themselves in a sticky situation. especially with the atmosphere of the empire and palpatine’s watchful eye on his apprentice.

Despite the distance, he and the reader keep in touch whenever they can, stealing brief moments to call each other between responsibilities. One evening, after being separated for so long, the longing between them becomes impossible to ignore. They've both been carrying weeks of built-up tension and missing the comfort of each other's presence.

With Anakin alone in his quarters somewhere across the galaxy and the reader back in her room at the Temple or at home, they find themselves craving eachother so they try to relieve some of that tension by helping one another `get off ` (if yk then yk wink wink) while on a holo call.

reader is only a coworker of anakins and anakin is obsessed with her and always tries to get he to notice him and notice that he would be a good boyfriend ( like is reader says “ kriff, I’m so thirsty “ and Anakin goes “ I’ll get you water!! “ and is like a dog when they hear their favorite word ) and maybe later on he tries to confess to her but becomes. A stuttering mess and ends up embarrassing himself but reader thinks it’s cute????? So kinda pathetic Anakin bc I yearn for it.
