“So - - - Barry ran you off, didn’t he?” Iris wasn’t even going to star this conversation out pretending not to know what had happened after Barry had found out what Addison and Winn had done. It was an explosion, she’d seen the film that Cisco had showed her and - - - maybe it was time to figure out why Barry had done what he had.

Iris might or might not have gotten herself into some trouble here, so the first guy she saw, she latched onto him. “Don’t freak out, just go with it.” She leaned in and whispered. “SWEETIE, how ARE you?” She kissed his cheek. 

Okay, so that had definitely been a little trippy but Captain America coming to her rescue was even more trippy. “Thanks for the assistance.” 

Panic had set in when Barry’s suit had given off an alert and the signal had cut off. Iris was pacing back and forth in the cortex when he had arrived with - - - a stranger. “Bear!” Iris ran over to hug him before pulling away and looking to the guy in the meta cuffs. “You’re not trying to escape?” She questioned. “That’s a new one.” Usually the person in the cuffs was trying to get out whatever way possible. 

The ‘Oh No’ song made famous by Tik Tok was playing in her head as Iris stepped into the place where Cisco KNEW Jess had been earlier. Iris was the only one available from the team to go and check it out, to make sure it was deserted and well, needless to say it was not. She was looking around, fairly sure that she was alone at the moment before she heard someone else behind her. 

“You better not even THINK about trying to get out of bed because I won’t let you.” Iris informed Eddie with a smile as she wrapped her arms around him and held on tight. “I don’t want to think about real life, not yet.” 

“Okay, you have to PROMISE that you won’t tell my dad.” This had to be kept so far on the down low that Barry would never think about it again. “Promise me, Barry.” Joe had told her NOT to go chasing around this guy and she had completely ignored her father’s wishes.       “I saw him. The Blur. . .” 

"Okay, so which one do you like better? The soft pink or the red?” She raised a brow, wanting Barry’s opinion on her date night dress. “I’ve worn the red dress before but the pink one is new. I just wanted you to help me pick it out because I kinda picked your outfit out already.”
