In the future AU I have, in which Team DuSK exists, the model that successfully tricked Spark into bringing her along to take down the Fark Force is still active. Spark had fought against Replica Float before escaping the disposal process. And now, without Claritas Centralis, this Replica that exists is the outside world is disconnected. I'd like to believe Clarity had back-up plans, and did her best to make sure she still had chances to reach her goal of assimilation and killings. But without Centralis, Replica Float is kind of left to her own devices. Directive is still there, just not the head of the hive-mind.
So she keeps killing. Can she still assimilate? She probably needs more resources to do that. So she looks for factories to take over, the ones guarded by patrol teams.
