I understand. I have been told this before. Living in the present seems so simple, but it’s not easy. I know that I shouldn’t worry about things that don’t matter now. I know….the worst part is I don’t know how to shut these thoughts up. I have struggled this for a long time. I am truly trying to not to think these things…I wish I just knew how to shut them up…but thanks for your help. I really appreciate it.
