for the jewellery, i chose a necklace that my dad bought my mom right before they separated. i thought it a perfect irony to use the same necklace, which mum gave me after the divorce, as a tool to repel men away from me and my space. and yes, the stone is in the shape of a heart, the irony thickens.

how i did it:

black/witch's salt - repel men

dried bay leaf - protection from men

chilli flakes - banish men's presence from my space

basil - good luck in keeping men away

rosemary - protection from men

white candle with carved Algiz (protection rune) - cleanse my space from men

added the herbs to the tray, lit the candle, burnt the bay leaf over flame while the soon to be amulet necklace cleansed over the smoke, moved the necklace clockwise around the flame as i chanted:

"by flame and herb this repellent i cast, make men run far and fast. with this charm my power is sealed, i wear this ward as a protective shield. as men run i bask in glee, this spell is done so mote it be"

then i blew out the candle and allowed the necklace to cleanse in the candle's smoke this time.

and there it is, my men repelling necklace. the one that i've worn to repel men for years, now an official amulet to repel them even more from me. fuck men!
