#repeating advice

I cut out the acidic drinks in the morning and wow. Woooooow. There is a HUGE difference in the effectiveness of my meds. My mood stabilizers are actually making me feel more stable. My pain meds actually work and I can take less than my daily dose and get by!!

We are 100% paperless now on our payroll, I have set up user accounts for all of you with our payroll system, its very easy and allows you to print current and past pay stubs and at year end your W2. I have your individual log ins, so if this is something you are interested just reply to this email and I will send you instructions and your password. I just didn't want to send everyone their log in info if they are not interested or wont use it as a security measure.

Let remember we are all on the same team and what you do effects everyone else, if you do extra, it doesn't go unnoticed. This is an important time of the year because this is when we will earn customer that will keep us busy all summer. Don't make me throw lit matches at you because you know I will. Lets try to give them a little extra- quality, service and attention. I am putting together another after work event next week so I will get you details on that later this week

Double Check the schedule so you know where you are working, if people worked the same shifts at the same place we wouldn't print a schedule. We tried to let anyone know if something is very much out of the ordinary but that is why I send the email so you have a lot of notice to check when you are working. Understand that Carissa and Pollo are scheduling a 140 shifts every week so pleased do your part and look

We are open 12 hours a day but we make 70% of our sales in 4 hours (noon to 2pm) and (6pm to 8pm). What do you think a good time is to bag chips? What do you think a good time to make a back up of salsa is? For those still stuck on that question, the answer is any time except those for hours. If someone is bagging chips or making salsa during those times I will know that they are cognitively impaired and will seek a tax credit from the state for hiring the handicapped- plus I will take your picture and use it in a public service announcement that we hire the disabled. I understand mistakes happen....I would not have been born otherwise but if you could just use the time better the job would be much easier

If the online printer doesn't work, is only because of the following reasons, 

the computer or printer is off

the program is not running

its out of paper

the internet is down(very unlikely) 

you are handicapped and didnt check the first 4 items

I will be sending another email later in the week detailing some new employee benefits and information now that we have shifted to the new payroll company. I am also putting together another fun night our after work so I will let you know about that too Thank you again, I may notice your mistakes but I also see the great job you are all doing too.
