Hi!! My name is Cailey I’m 26 years old nurse and I’m new to tumblr! I’ve been a swiftie since 2006, but my first concert was Reputation! My parents did everything for me and my brothers but we had financial hardships. It wasn’t till I had my own job that I could save enough money to goto a show! I went to rep tour at Gillette and it was life changing and made my connection with Taylor that much strong. With that being said I’m a HUGE rep girlie (ready for rep tv New Year’s Day 🤡).

I also love folklore so much. During COVID I remember sitting in my bed just playing into Taylor’s story telling with this album and it just absolutely blew me away and the eras tour solidified my love for this album. I went to MetLife N1, Sofi N2, and will be going to the last show at Wembley in August 2024! I can’t wait!

I have always been the most vocal on twitter in terms of being a swiftie but so some reason I’ve always been drawn to tumblr as I can really express myself and how much taylor means to me.

Even if only one person sees this I think it’s be a super fun way for me to celebrate Taylor and hopefully connect with other swifties!

I get it, constantly hearing the same thing over and over is annoying. But it really sucks to see some Swifties be like, "now I hope rep tv never comes out bc of how annoying they are."

Let's go back for a sec to when IBYTAM mv dropped and everyone was like OMFG SPEAK NOW IS NEXT (just days after Red TV came out), remember? And in about a month there was a full-on debate over which is next: speak now or 1989. People were taking sides, making up theories; fun wasn't it? Yeah, some people were saying things like, let Red have time to shine(which I totally agree with for every album), but I personally don't remember any of the "oh I hope Speak Now (or 1989) never comes out."

So why is it now cringe for people to be excited for their favourite album? It's not like, we hate her if she doesn't release it next moment; it's just hope and excitement for the idea of rep era being around the corner, because we've been waiting for this. And NOT because we're trying to push Taylor into rushing albums out.
