The Old Tourist Bureau

The Old Tourist Bureau used to be the council hub for San Myshuno. It is now converted into two huge apartments stretching out over three (maybe four) levels. Only one of the apartments has been completely renovated while the second remains empty. The main house is on the ground and second floors with a small living suite in the basement where the senior family members can live independently while still being safely nearby.  Of course it wouldn’t be my build if I didn’t add in some silly extras. Grantford Gatehouse

Sorry for the picture bomb.  It’s been a while since I’ve built anything I really liked and I’ve been learning the TOOL mod!  It’s so nice to be able to place things precisely where I want them.  Anyhoo, this is the surviving half of Grantford Gatehouse which used to be the first building you saw when visiting one of Henford on Bagley’s original wealthy residents a few hundred years ago.  It’s been lovingly restored with a few small renovations and boasts a chicken coop and a sunroom and original fireplace in the kitchen.

A deceptively tricksy build, this one.  Setting all those tables brought back the PTSD from doing the decorating for my sister’s wedding.  Oy.

The latest event at @thesims4buildsgroup Facebook group centres around themed wedding builds, so I built a reception banquet hall in a modern, romantic style. It’s just the hall but unfortunately as I have extra hallways on both sides, it saves as an entire lot because of the multiple rooms thing that Sims4 does. But you can place this and then build your extensions onto it. Or delete the halls and then place it as a room. YOUR CHOICE!

** I have no idea where most of the CC is from so I’m not going to link each bit individually. I had downloaded another build a little while ago which came with a lot of CC that I have used and I don’t know where it’s all from. It’s one of those situations where searching file names doesn’t help.
