#renjun vampire

Jisung had been sitting in that dark room with nothing but you and his thoughts. He had been staring at your unconscious body on the bed for hours, mind racing about what was going to happen. His parents were vampires as well, so growing up in a vampire household was natural. But this was all foreign to you. 

He knew his mom would probably kill him after she found out about this mess,, but what about your parents,, Would you be able to tell them or should you just live out this secret for the rest of your life? 

Jisung’s eyes bore into your head, patiently waiting for you to wake up.. He wasn’t even sure if it would be today, but he felt burdened. It felt like it was all his fault,, as if it all wouldn’t have happened if he was able to pick you up a little earlier.

Finding your hand, he placed his onto yours to steady himself. By that action, he tried to remind himself that it was all okay.. That you were still here. Atleast, still alive.

But the cool skin of your hand only reminded him of the mess you were pulled into. 

Yet another hour passed until he felt your hand twitch. Jisung perked up in his seat, ready for you to awaken.

Opening your eyes, your body ached everywhere. You felt like shit.

What had happened? Readjusting your senses, you felt your hand was heavy.. Someone was holding onto you.

Mind flashing to the previous events, you quickly pulled away, assuming it was Sunwoo.

Relief flooded your system when you focused on the figure beside you to find Jisung looking at you worriedly.

“Yn, its me!! Its Jisung. You don’t need to worry,, we took care of Sunwoo.” He frantically explained himself. “I’m so so sorry this happened,, it's all my fault”

You blinked at him, groggily. Before clearing your throat to speak up, “what the hell is happening?”

His eyes widened,, he momentarily forgot you didn't know about what was going on.

“This is about to sound crazy,, but my friends and I are vampires.” He paused to gauge your reaction, but you remained still. “Sunwoo is a vampire as well,, and his pack is kinda upset with us at the moment. Since we’re in a fued, Sunwoo decided to mess with you to piss us off.”

“I don't understand,, why would he involve me?” your eyebrows furrowed, not quite getting what Jisung was explaining. It was 3am, you just wanted to fall back asleep since every part of your body felt like hell. Honestly, you’re reaction would’ve been surprising to Jisung but since it was so early in the morning, he could understand how you weren’t really processing it all

“Well,,,” Jisung paused awkwardly,”I think Sunwoo thought we were dating,, so he took blood from you just to spite us. Sunwoo’s too young so he ended up taking more blood than needed and almost killed you. We had to turn you to save you..”

You started laughing at your friend. Boyfriend? Vampire? You must've been asleep still. Though you were giggling, the massive headache slowed you down from making too much noise. Taking one last look at jisung, you drifted back into a sleep, hoping the next time you wake up would take you to the right reality.

Sunwoo heard a number of shouts in the distance, forcing him to pull away from you. He knew you would already be feeling the effects of the bite, so he made no attempt to make any further advances on you. However- he didn’t realize just how much blood he took from your body.

“Hello boys,,” he started with pride laced in his tone. His arrogance made the boys nauseous. “I got your little girlfriend with me, Park.”

With that, Jisung nearly charged towards Sunwoo. Girlfriend? He started all of this because he thought you were his girlfriend? Before rashly making any stupid descisions, Renjun held the boy back from attacking their opponent.

“Uh, uh, uh” Sunwoo teased. 

The way he got a kick out of playing with humans…. Jisung’s stomach churned in disgust just thinking about it. You didn't deserve getting involved just for being his neighbor. 

Eyes drifting to your body lying on the floor, all the boys shivered.

“Remember our agreement, Neos. You can't kill me.” Sunwoo laughed, still standing feet away from the 5 of them.

Jeno looked at Mark, who only nodded his head, knowing what his friend’s glance meant. 

“I might not kill you, but there's no rule against beating the shit out of you.”

And with those words, everything began.

Jeno had sprung towards the boy, resulting in him almost getting trampled by the attack. You would've taken a nasty pounce as well, but jisung and renjun had been expecting jeno's charge and pulled you away from the action.

Donghyuck had joined Jeno in their attack on Sunwoo while Mark stepped aside to call Sangyeon, Sunwoo’s pack leader.

“Yn!! Yn, please can you hear us??” Jisung shook your unconscious body. Jisung and Renjun had set you to lay on the floor once again, this time with your head on Renjun’s lap.

“Her pulse is slowing down,,.” Renjun said, seated across from him.

Jisung was frantic,, with his mind racing on what he was going to do.

“Jisung, we have to turn her,” Renjun said, urgency increasing in his tone with every word.

The younger boy sighed and looked back up at his friend, “I trust you Renjun” 

Eyes confirming with each other, Renjun gently took your wrist into his mouth.

Nice one Park, you turned your damn neighbor into a vampire.
