Despite the Ministry haunts of the more ghostly kind this year, Doe knew full well the last thing she wanted to be was a mere ghost. A reflection of something no longer around. Because let’s face it, things that were no longer around didn’t really matter. Had to be buried deep like everything else. Her white dress was hopefully appeasing enough though as the brunette opted to keep things classy on the surface. Her champagne flute, filled with straight whiskey was likely a bad idea given her colleagues were probably just out of site but if they wanted to full on ghost her, she had to fight back the memories somehow.
“Lu look!!!” She shouted with a smile, her arms filled with an assortment of chocolate muffins. “I dunno what they’ve done to the chocolate cakes but I swear they’re to die for. Try one!” Luckily Doe didn’t process her own words as she stuffed her mouth with a third one in a row. She just hoped she didn’t squish one into her dress.
