Avoiding procrastination can be difficult for some, so I figured I would compile a list together to help you kick this bad habit. 1. Make Baby Steps - Once you decide enough is enough, that you are quitting procrastination, you are going to have to make small steps towards getting stuff done. Don't make a giant to-do-list because you will overwhelm yourself and go right back on your word. 2. Reserve Time - You must learn to have discipline in your life, learn to reserve time to get things done and you will always have time to accomplish your goals 3. Building Blocks - You don't eat a steak in one bite. Cut your tasks down to smaller bites. Get used to writing down a goal and then having an action plan behind it consisting of tinier, more accomplishable goals. 4. Change Workspace - If you find your work environment distracting take action to remove distractions or find a new location to get things done. 5. Remove Distractions - This step is easy. Put your phone away or silence it. You don't need to everyone back right away, you're busy making your dreams happen and that can't be placed on hold.
