My studio lives under a giant oak tree. While I love the shade it provides, these damn oak leaves drive me crazy. You can't even see the ground outside my studio - just a sea of crunchy leaves. 🙃 . As an artist, it's always a struggle to figure out creative ways to take pictures of your work. This week my #simplejoysaturdayvibes is trees. I love them in every form but I think their Fall changes are my favorite, from the changing leaves to the bare branches and everything in between they're just beautiful to look at. I'm so grateful that I was raised in the Columbia River Gorge right by a national forest so I've been surrounded by trees and stunning views of nature for my whole life. The tree in this photo is right across the street from our house. What nice experiences did you have this week? Are you doing anything fun this weekend?
