#remember one thing

Hello hi yes. So, yes, RoT will get its epilogue. And also, after I post it, I'll be removing RoT from AO3. I'm saying this right now because I know this particular story is particularly important to a handful of people, and I want them to have plenty of time to download personal copies. Deep breaths (on my part). Everything's going to be fine. It's all. Totally fine. Anxiety Managed.

lol if by world conquering you mean setting up a typewriter table in a dimlit corner of the media circus and hanging a sign that says "Stories About Love, Please Consider a Contribution to the Artist", then yes, I am rearranging my life to do exactly that (with, I'll be real, a tremendous amount of anxiety). In RoT, Pansy saw something very much like the moment she's living with Neville when she remembers the mirror shard. Not wealth or consequence. Just the sort of life where people who love each other very much dance in the kitchen. <3

Tofu why would you do this to me. Now I'm imagining 6 foot 2 inch beautiful man Dev Patel in fireman's blues pining after his wife. Running her a bath. Taking long walks with his one-eyed dog and a broken heart. I am in pain. Thank you <3

I feel good about their ending in the final chapter, and marked it as complete a while ago. I do still intend to give them an epilogue, so for those waiting, don't unsubscribe if you'd like to read it. But I don't think there's any reason not to start it. And thank you so much. <3 I once sort of exasperatedly told a family member that the art that truly speaks to me—the kind of art I want to put out in the world—"makes a case for love." It's become a joke between us, because it was a funny way of putting it, but it's true. I hope you enjoy Remember One Thing. I hope it makes a case for love.
