Like, I mean their personalities.

For example... (all of this are my headcanons so shh)

Red, as we all know, barely talks. Okay. He is just quiet but actually interacts with other people, may it be just looking at them or just letting them know that he acknowledges them. He on some occasions answers verbally, mostly to Green than to anyone else. He also lets Green tease him sometimes, ie when Green takes his hat idk. He doesn't mind it, and he really likes Green (like a human likes a puppy tbh) so he sometimes can't help and gets involved in some silly games or whatever.

Fire, on the other hand... Fire never talks. He never even bothers to look at you when you talk to him. He openly ignores Green, and his ability of selective hearing the other's words helps him to actually notice when Green talks about something serious/important. If Green becomes too clingy and touches him or something Fire without any word or warning or emotion or whatever just grabs Green's wrist and twists it until Green lies down on the ground (which comes surprisingly easy). Of course there's nothing more on his face than boredom.

And when it happens Green always hysterically giggles (you know, idk how about you but when I 'fight' with my sister for fun and she does something that actually hurts me I always giggle idk why)
