Hey, I found another random X-Files script that never made it to air! lol... You can read the script in full - there’s a link in the article. There is only one small MSR scene (see below) but it’s worth reading the whole thing because whoa, it’s seriously weird but in such a cool X-Files-esque way, that it’s a tragedy this never made it as an episode.
Final Destination was originally an X-Files Episode. Huh?
So am I the only one who didn’t know this? Probably. I randomly came across an article about it, which contained the entire script, as originally written by Jeffrey Reddick, as an X-Files episode called Flight 180 before being later being reworked into the movie Final Destination.

There is a tiny bit of MSR in there, (see pic) but the most remarkable thing about it is that it finally introduces Charles Scully as an on-screen character. But yeah it’s pretty good. There’s one thing about the script I really didn’t like though, but I can imagine it will be obvious what I’m talking about if you read it yourself. Or have already read it and I am just super late to this party.
