If a blog I don’t recognize interacts with me, I’ll usually give the blog a look-over just to make sure they don’t fit my dni criteria.

I block people who follow skumhuu, syxadel, quinnie-is-cold, and/or tiredcringe on sight, virtually no exceptions.

These bloggers are well known and violently public pro/shippers (as well as other upsetting and unsavory things) and if you’re following them, I assume you’re aware of and ok with that.

I have some leniency with skumhuu followers as I know they’re more on the down-low and people could follow them without knowing (a similar reason to why dreemurr-skelememer followers aren’t an insta-block, a lot of people follow her without knowing she’s like that because she’s more vague or quiet about it), but otherwise that’s the deal.

The human mind is complicated and to believe that we understand something as definitive as what can and cannot form a system is brutal hubris. Autism wasn’t officially assigned as a diagnosis until the 1900’s, but I’m sure the damn disorder still EXISTED and autistic people still EXISTED. Systems are a very understudied group and all research so far has been somewhat inconclusive, so I will remain kind, open-minded, and cautiously skeptical.
