Recognizing how my character flaws have been the direct cause of a lot of anxiety and unhappiness in the past is somewhat of a relief, but at the same time very frustrating? Like I’m very happy to be where I am now, and usually I’m the “everything happens for a reason, life without regrets” type. But it’s difficult to come to terms with the realization that I repeatedly made poor choices which had a long term negative impact on my life and myself. Working on being okay with the fact that I do have regrets, and that I should learn from them.
