Watching Thor Ragnarok in @reelcinemas is a good idea! The newly upgraded movie theatre at @thedubaimall is awesome. It offers a complete digital journey to the guests. From self-service machines for ticket purchasing and F&B orders to a social wall and a curved digital poster wall, it is getting an edge over its competitors in the region. • I had encountered some minor issues during my visit. Don't get me wrong, the self-service screen machines to buy movie tickets and snacks are great, but most of the moviegoers were having a problem with the machine upon paying as the error occurs during card payments. It is also time-consuming for those after the time schedule for their movie. I even changed my time to the next movie timing as the errors consumed our time, thankfully the guest assistance staff were very helpful. I purchased my ticket from the staff with tablet devices and card machines. • It reoccured again when I purchased snacks that the screen counter is having card payment issues and the helpful staff assisted me with her tablet device but the receipt printer was not working, I still ended up being late for my movie even though I already changed my schedule in next screening. • I suggest to still incorporate some ticket cashier counters as other option for guest and not just staff standing anywhere in the screen machine area to assist when an error occurs like what your other competitor in the market, they still have both screens and ticket cashier counters. • Despite all the minor issues I've encountered, I still enjoyed my time last night.
